Mike. You did it. At first you forgot my tow hooks. Now that the insurance is gonna stick me might as well also put them in NEW. You guys are Jimmy John’s fast. But a bit quicker. Thank you I really appreciate your speed professionalism. The girls at the counter besides beutiful stand while a customer is there. Great great great. I appreciate. Bless you all. 2025 Chevy Silverado black. I did had to not pick up my vehicle when I was told to pick it up because they did not change my 2 front tow hooks therefore making my brand new Silverado and the work completed look off. I had to return to get that replaced under the insurance.

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle. It was finished before they had told me to expect to be finished. Everything looks beautiful, and I’m very happy. They did all they could do to make the experience very nice. And easy.

Caliber Collision a highly recommend to all. Jacky and the entire team did an amazing job. Jacky examined my car with such care and fine attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect. She was extremely attentive, genuine, and friendly, and from the very beginning I knew my car was in amazing hands. When I got it back, it was even more cleaned inside than when I brought it in. Kate and Faith at the front desk were also wonderful. They made the whole process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful every step of the way. Even the rental car process was handled so well, which made everything much easier during an already stressful situation. Top-notch service, excellent communication, and real care from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I loved the service at Caliber Collision!! Since you arrived, the girls at the counter treated me in a special way, so friendly and attentive to every detail. They called the rental cars and picked me up there. Mike was in charge of my car, he was so friendly, he kept me up to date in every detail of the process, they did an excellent job. The car is impeccable!! The color was exact to the original, the repair is not noticed any damage, the finish was better than the one that originally brought the car and they offered me a lifetime warranty as well. It only took 8 days in the whole process even if it was on holidays!! Awesome!!

Caliber Collision did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle after being hit a month prior. They also have a great relationship with Enterprise cars where I was able to have the rental company pick me up and drop me off with ease. My service advisor Mike, went above and beyond making sure the car insurance company didn’t total my car and serviced my vehicle to repair. I couldn’t be more grateful to him and his team. The estimated time for repair was about 3 weeks and it was completed in less than a week! They also went above and beyond to detail my car inside and outside! 10/10 would recommend.
